The earliest information available on the chapel dates back to 1582. Of this first chapel, only a portion of what is now a bar remains because the new sanctuary is from the last third of the 18th century.
The building is neoclassical with pilasters finished off with decorative ornaments. The inside is home to very beautiful colouristic frescoes painted by J. Oliet in 1826. There’s a hostel and various recreational areas on the grounds.
