This is an event of well-deserved prestige, both nationally and internationally, which is also a pioneer in the world and the oldest event in Europe.
It is aimed at concert guitarists under 33 years of age and its objective is to encourage the performance of guitar works, especially those by the composer Francisco Tárrega. It brings together guitarists of international prestige who delight the public with music by Francisco Tárrega and other authors, being an essential event in the summer calendar of the province. Oscar de Oro for the best work in musical promotion. Trujaman and Guitarras Sol Award.
The offer is extended with the parallel programme of "L'efecte Tárrega", an initiative that aims to recover urban spaces for music.
