Fuente la Reina

One of the most notable events in the history of Fuente la Reina is the death in this town of Queen Eleanor of Portugal, in 1348. In the 18th century, it was part of the lordship that was ruled by the Count of Villanueva.
Economy
The main economic activities are agriculture-based, with ecological agriculture particularly prominent in recent years. Popular handicrafts also have an important role.
What to see
On Calle Blas and Calle Solanar, admire the houses which hang over the Graja ravine, as well as the corner blocks on Calle Placeta and Calle Arrabal.
