Hot Springs, "Fonts calentes"

Water still flows from these hot springs next to the River Bergantes, and maintain a constant temperature of 18ºC all year round. They are located on the right bank of the River Bergantes, by the Azud del Vilar dam and next to the end of the Barranco de Rigores cliffs. Its name comes from the temperature of the water that flows from it. As it is unaffected by environmental conditions, its hot waters contrast with the cold air in winter, producing steam that gives the spot a very strange appearance.

They are not really springs, despite being called so. The term simply refers to an area that, when the Río Bergantes swelled, had hot water streaming from its rocks.
