For a few years now, on December 6th, Calderas (rice, beans and meat), typical of Valencia, have been eaten to eat.
In the evening, dinner and dancing in the Cope (the bar). And at midnight, the bonfire is lit in the Plaza de la Iglesia. The next day, the food is in the Plaza de la Iglesia, next to the bonfire the tables are assembled and chops are roasted.
