Ingredientes
- 1 litre of aguardiente (a brandy made with water)
- 3 /4 of a litre of oil
- 250g of flour
- 250g of sugar
- Lemon juice
- Baking ammonia
Preparation
Everything is kneaded together, taking into account that the liquids need to be hot.
The dough is passed through a kneading machine, the little dough balls are rolled on a llanda (Valencian-style tin sheet) and then put into the oven for baking.
