The elegant, luxurious and colourful façade has made this house one of the best reflections of the liberal bourgeois idiosyncrasies of Vinaròs during the first quarter of the twentieth century. The most remarkable part of this building is the corner that faces the Parish Square, which consists of an attached tower based on an elliptical solution crowned by a metal roof dome with no tambour, which has now disappeared. We should note the stucco decoration of the façade.
